LET'S START WITH THE BASICS, SPANISH CLASS 101

DOCE, means the number 12 in Spanish. It is pronounced like “Dough” followed by a “se” as in “several”

(likely the number of donuts you’ll want to take home.)

We are a family-owned craft donut shop in the heart of Seattle. Our donuts are made with a 24-hour raised brioche dough. That’s right, a whole day of natural fermentation so you can have the fluffiest donuts your palate has ever tasted. Hand crafted and filled with pasión. And not just any kind of passion. I’m talking about the kind of passion you see in Telenovelas. We don’t do things halfway.  Our donuts are bold, inspired in Latin American flavors. We also have classic staples as well and rotating seasonal specials.
